Our full term consists of 36 weeks, starting the week of September 14th, 2009. The studio is open from September until June; our expenses are fixed and all pupils will be charged for the full term regardless of individual absences. Please note that the dance school will be closed during the Christmas and Spring Breaks and this is not included in the figure of 36 weeks. The studio will be closed on all Stat Holidays with all respective classes cancelled.
New Monthly Payment Method!!! EFT – Electronic Fund Transfer. We will have this set up for payments October 2009 to June 2010.
A cheque will be due by June 20th for your September 2009 payment (which you will receive when you hand in your registration forms). This cheque is to be made payable as of July 1st, 2009 and will hold your registration.
Please note: If you have more than one child and more than one set of lessons, you should combine the payments on one cheque rather than write separate ones. If needed, inquire at the office what your monthly total cost will be.
All NSF cheques will be charged a $20.00 administrative fee.
SCHOOL RULES & POLICIES

• A parent must give written notice, prior to the 25th of the month, for withdrawal from a class the following month

• Classes will be CANCELLED for Stat Holidays – the studio will be closed on all Stat Holidays
• The studio is closed for Christmas and Spring Break
• Please notify the studio if you will be absent from class
• Students should address all staff as Mrs. or Miss.
• Students are responsible for any damage they may cause to the Academy’s property
• No gum chewing is permitted
• Hair & dance attire must be in line with the “Attire Information”
• Deodorant is essential for all Intermediate & Advanced students
• Names should be on ALL DANCE ATTIRE, including shoes
• Do not bring valuables to the studio as we cannot be responsible for them
• Elite Dance Academy has the right to refuse service
It is to be understood that Elite Dance Academy and its staff are not responsible for the injury of persons or damage / loss of belongings on its premises.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
As per your registration form, your signature indicates that you have agreed to give the dance studio written notice of cancellation from any class before the 25th of the month prior to withdrawal. If your child withdraws from the studio on, or after, the 25th of the month, we cannot return or refund that month's payment but they may complete that month’s classes. September is NON REFUNDABLE.
